Refund policy


Thank you for choosing Beyond Pangaea. Each piece of jewellery is crafted to order based on your selected size, material and finish. This affects production timelines, cancellations, and refund eligibility as outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

You can request a cancellation by contacting us at contact@beyondpangaea.com, or — where available — through your customer account.

After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

2. General Return Policy

Because our jewellery is crafted to order and customised by size and material choice, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size
  • personal preferences regarding fit, appearance, or comfort
If you are unsure about sizing or materials, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Resizing

Our designs often feature organic forms, intricate geometries or textured surfaces. For this reason, not all items can be resized after production.

If resizing is technically possible, an additional fee may apply.

If resizing is not technically feasible due to the design, a new piece will need to be crafted. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the full cost of producing a new item.

We strongly encourage customers to verify their size before ordering.

4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us at contact@beyondpangaea.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

5. How to Request a Return

If your case qualifies (defective, damaged or incorrect item), you may be asked to submit a request through our Self-Serve Returns portal or follow instructions provided by email.

All returns must be approved by Beyond Pangaea before an item is sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping & Address

For authorised returns relating to defects or incorrect items, we will provide:
  • return instructions
  • a pre-paid return shipping label, where applicable

Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:
  • correctly produced items
  • items showing wear or damage after delivery
  • items altered or repaired by third parties

8. Refunds

If a refund has been approved, it will be processed once the authorised return has been received and inspected.

Please note that refund processing times are independent of production and shipping timelines. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your account.

9. Duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country.

For orders shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, duties and import taxes are included in the price at checkout.

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Asia, the Gulf region, Norway and Iceland, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are collected by the courier upon import.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes, any return shipping costs or customs charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.

10. Currency Conversion

Prices on our website are set in Swiss Francs (CHF).

For customers browsing from other regions, prices may be displayed in a local currency using automatic currency conversion. Because exchange rates fluctuate, the converted price may change over time.

For destinations where VAT is included in the price, the final amount may also vary depending on the VAT rate of the delivery country. As a result, customers using the same currency (for example within the European Union) may see slightly different final prices depending on the delivery address entered at checkout.

The final price is confirmed during checkout once the delivery destination is specified.
