Shipping policy
All Beyond Pangaea jewellery is crafted to order in Switzerland and hallmarked by Swiss Precious Metal Control. Please review the details below regarding production, delivery, and eligible shipping regions.
1. Production Time
All pieces are made to order. Production and hallmarking typically take 15 business days (approximately 3 weeks). Once production is completed, the order will be shipped and a tracking notification will be sent to the customer.
Each piece carries:

the Responsibility Mark (our registered maker’s mark)

the Fineness Mark indicating metal purity
For shipments abroad items may also bear the Common Control Mark (CCM).
Orders are shipped immediately after hallmarking and final inspection.

Shipping availability may depend on courier coverage and delivery security. Orders placed from destinations where secure delivery cannot be guaranteed may be cancelled and refunded.
3. Shipping Methods
- Switzerland: Swiss Post (Priority or Economy)
- International: FedEx international courier services
All shipments include tracking and signature upon delivery whenever available. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after production and hallmarking are complete.
Typical transit times:
- Switzerland: 2–4 business days
- International: 2–6 business days
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, holiday periods, or events outside our control.
5. Prices, VAT and Duties
All product prices include VAT where applicable.
For deliveries to the following regions, duties and import taxes are included in the price at checkout:

For deliveries to the United States, Canada, Asia, the Gulf region, Norway and Iceland, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are collected by the courier upon import.
Beyond Pangaea does not control or collect these charges.
6. Insurance
Every parcel is shipped using secure international courier services with tracking and signature confirmation whenever available.
In the event of a delay, missing parcel, or damage in transit, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. A replacement or resolution will be provided once the investigation is concluded.
7. Customs
For international deliveries, customs clearance is handled by the courier.
For destinations where duties and taxes are included at checkout, customs charges are prepaid.
For destinations where duties and taxes are payable upon import, the courier or customs authority may contact the recipient to arrange payment before delivery.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, is missing, or arrives damaged, please notify us promptly (and for damage, within 7 days of receipt).
We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the matter and issue a replacement or refund once the investigation is concluded.
9. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.
We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, return-to-sender charges, or reshipment costs.
Parcels returned to us may be resent once the corresponding shipping fees are paid.
10. Split Shipments
If your order contains items with different production timelines, they may be shipped separately at no additional cost.
