How to Measure Your Ring Size

Method 1 — Measure an Existing Ring

Measure the Inside Diameter

Place a ring that fits well on a flat surface. Measure the inner diameter from one inside edge to the other.

Compare with the Size Chart

Note the diameter in millimetres and match it to our size chart. Even small differences can affect the fit, so measure carefully.

Method 2 — Measure Your Finger with a Measuring Tape

Wrap the Measuring Tape

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the base of your finger. Keep it snug but comfortable, making sure it sits evenly all the way around. Note the measurement where the tape meets.

Compare with the Size Chart

Match the circumference measurement to our size chart to find the corresponding ring size.

Method 3 — Measure Your Finger with Paper or Thread

Wrap Around Your Finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper or thread around the base of your finger. It should feel snug but not tight. Mark where the ends meet.

Measure the Length

Lay the strip flat and measure the distance to the mark. This number is your finger’s circumference. Use our size chart to find the corresponding size.

Tips for Accurate Sizing

Your finger size changes throughout the day.
Fingers are usually smaller in the morning and slightly larger in the evening. Measure at least twice at different times.
Left and right hands are not the same.
Always measure the exact finger you plan to wear the ring on.
Consider knuckle shape.
If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, choose a size that passes over the knuckle but still sits securely once on.
Measure at room temperature.
Cold fingers shrink; warm fingers swell. Neutral temperature gives the best accuracy.
